Harry was there all along
Well apparently when I went to the mailbox on Saturday, it was actually FRIDAY's mail that I retrieved! Because when we came home on Sunday, guess what was in my mailbox? That's right. Harry was there waiting for me. I still haven't had time to even read any because since we got home I had a lot of things to do.
Carl's sister gave me a TON of baby clothes that don't fit her baby anymore. Caelyn is now a year old and wearing 2T. LOL She's in the 75% for weight, Julia for height. She's the cutest little pumpkin though. She's a chunker but a healthy chunker if you know what I mean.
The weekend was good. It's a long drive there (four hours) but it really does go by quickly. We stop in Waco for coffee and that's about half way. The baby gets a change and a bottle and then we're on the road again. It's the same on the way back except the baby slept a lot longer on the way home. that meant she took forever to go to sleep last night and Carl appeared irritated that I gave her benedryl again, but he's not the one who stays up comforting her. I'm not complaining about that. He works and I don't so it's only natural that I am the one who stays up. So she was taking a long time to drop off and he was sitting up with me. I think that's silly so I send him to bed and he again seems irritated. I can't win for losing sometimes. hehe
I'm not sure if I mentioned it, but I got all A's in my summer classes and now I'm elligible to be in the Social Work honor society! I'm so excited. it would be really great to be able to graduate with academic honors. For someone who never could see herself being able to go back to college let alone graduate, I'm very excited. I'm hoping my mom can come for my graduation next summer. That would be really great.
Well, the baby will be getting up from her morning nap soon and want some lunch, so I'm going to try to get some reading done.

I wonder if maybe cutting back on Julia's afternoon naps might help her to sleep better at night? LB stopped having afternoon naps around a year and a half because he'd stay up all night long if I let him sleep during the day. But he was always out by 7:30pm and would sleep through to the morning (about 9:00). Just wondering
