I know the point of identifying spam is so you don't have to read it, but sometimes it's pretty funny.  I got this one today.

Uhhhh yeah I'd feel confident in ordering their pain relief "stuff".  How about you?  And even if I did want to order.... uhhhhh they didn't give me a website to visit.  Doh!
