Things are still crazy, but settling down a bit. I registered for Graduation yesterday. Scary. I can actually see the light at the end of the tunnel. Even more surprising.... I have a 3.6 GPA! LOL Scary stuff folks.
I had to borrow some money from Aubrey as our oven is out. We're going to Lowe's today and looking at new ones. We need the wall kind as we have a cooktop with cabinets below. We're going to look at a combo oven/microwave to replace the double ovens we have now. They are super crazy expensive. The cheapest I've found so far for double ovens is like $1,800 and the oven/micro combo is $1,700. Sheeeit.
Family portrait coming up... just in time to capture the milestone of me being heavy again. I've gained 30 pounds and I'm totally miserable. I'm lazy and tired all the time. Having hormone tests done to check for peri-menopause and possibly some depression meds. NOT happy about it, but I have to do something. Getting my treadmill back... it will make it easier to walk ...no excuses. Also hired someone to help me once a month with the housekeeping. Trying to take charge of things around here... and in my own mind. It's time I did. I know I'm not helpless.. just feel that way sometimes.
I thought about trying to find some cooking classes to help me make healthier things, but I'm just now finding free time, I don't need to fill it back up with something else, right? PLease tell me I'm right! LOL
Okay Carl and I are out of here to run errands. Aubrey is babysitting. I have cute pics to post but don't have time right now. Later.
