Nope. Im older. Defo. And you look pretty good yerself! How d'you get your doc to prescribe speed FFS? Here they're all "try a little gentle exercise and less saturated fat". Well, DUH. I DO know I have to move around some and not eat chips with every meal if I want to lose weigh thanks Doc but, yeh, its harder once you're over 40, thats fersure. That, and the problem that food just tastes gooooooood, of course! s x

I'm 52 and I lost 50 pounds last year. I cut out all meat and dairy and reduced my fat intake to a max of 20g. per day. I also work out every day. It can be done, but not until you are ready.
